schmerzig again...
okay so I am just living up to the statistics ... bloggers always seem a bit down in the mouth but I am fully feeling the schmerz these days. So much so that I for the last few nights have been in bed by 10 ... unheard of with me....
Am hating my job ... but of course won't blog about that ... which leaves me NZIdol? Politics? The books I have been reading ... I could tell you about my dreams ... which is always a bore in other people ... and besides they have been unmemorable of late ... except SF with K.

okay go
Okay so I have had my head down ... I was going to say over my books, but actually I have had my head down so the books won't recognise me when I walk past without opening them.
Not whole lot has been going on to report anyways. Though I did go to the rugbyiest of bars in the Manawastan. The forwards coach of the local boys' high 1st XV said to me - I hope you are not gay, as he lost a bet and had to do a streak and he had one sexy arse. W the partner of R, the best friend and netball buddy of my friend C got drunk and kept telling me how he was my new best friend and tried to cuddle me a couple of times in front of his mates .... drunk guys, can't get enough of their crazy antics...
And now in lieu of photographs of my life (honestly) I post a link ... not to the great video on the running machines but ... this blasphemy (Not suitable for work)

God defend our free land
the more busy I get, the more I am paralysed by it. The work piles up and I can barely bring myself to acknowledge it. I know Mr Ma says we must all our difficulties in quarters. BUt should I really take advice from a man who named his son Yo-Yo? I have heard before. Divide up big tasks into smaller more manageable ones. Don't ya find though, the list looks longer and more daunting. I was supposed to work all weekend. I worked Sunday. Sunday afternoon. And then for a few hours more, Sunday evening. With the television on.
I have cold now too. I took some pills. They made it even harder to concentrate than my adult onset attention deficit syndrome.
Speaking of smiling guy. Some upsetting news. I have seen him a few times over the last week or so. It started off great. He was all excited abot driving a tractor. Then as the days passed he got more unterpretable. His messagees, fragile and fragmented, not easily pieced together.
This morning he looked sullen and was skulking under a tree instead of rushing forward to say hi. As I got abreast to him, a woman appeared on the driveway and demanded that he take his medication. I don't want pills. I don't need pills, he shouted ...
In other news, 9/11 was commemorated here with the showing of Fahrenheit 911 on Friday late at night. Over both nights of the weekend, they then showed path to 9/11. I watched some of it, but it really bothered me. The CIA Agent hero guy trying to curry favour with Kenyans by citing the names of NBA stars like there was no possible way they could have any political awareness.
More shockingly, the docudrama/fantasy seemed to have 'blame Clinton' as its only agenda - no interest in why Muslim militants might be angry with the US. A colleague told me today that ABC dsitributed this program free to broadcasters in Australia, India and NZ!!! This was not mentioned by the tv channel at all! It seems our PM was right in saying about targeting Iraq, that IRaq was not harbouring terroristas, but by invading would create them. There is some suggestion that she might be the next UN leader. I think she would be awesome....

If I don't kill someone soon, I'll kill someone
that's what happens when my blood sugar drops. I was supposed to be thinking "if I don't eat something soon ..." but it was nearly too late.
In other news, my homecare skills are fully whack. I opened my freezer for the first time in ages and found a dead lightbulb carefully put in the replacement's box sitting on the top shelf!
I have to work all week end and I am not happy about it.
